Our bracelets are made from a stretch chord, but we do offer them in 3 sizes to accommodate all wrist sizes.  To measure your wrist, take something bendable - like a string, or phone chord and wrap it around your wrist.  Then straighten the chord and measure the length up against a ruler.

All our gemstones are natural, AAA grade, non-dyed gemstones (a fact we are very proud of!). Since they are natural, each bracelet in unique.  The details of each specific bracelet are listed in each product description.

Yes! Our bracelets are made with natural gemstones, and tarnish-resistant rhodium.  We have personally taken our bracelets surfing, skiing, and through the shower.  Please note, the wood beads may dull in color after going in the water.  Simply apply a small amount of olive oil to the wood beads to re-invigorate the color.

No worries! All of our bracelets have a 1-year warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within a year from the time of purchase. To get a replacement, contact us and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item. 

Four exceptions: 

1.  We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

2.  If a bracelet has been altered in any way (i.e. if you cut, or shortened), we can’t replace the item.

3.  We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

4.  We can only issue a replacement if the item was purchased directly through our website.

Shipping

Orders within Canada generally arrive within 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days in the US - plus the processing and handling time it takes to prep your order in our warehouse.

All Kinds of Kind is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.

Yes! We offer free, stranded shipping on every purchase.  However, if you want your item sooner, you can choose to upgrade your shipping to an expedited option at checkout.

The processing and handling time it takes to prep your order in our warehouse varies depending on the season.  We generally ship an order within 2-3 business days of the order date.

Yes! We ship worldwide. We offer standard international shipping and expedited shipping options.

For our international customers, please note that it will general take between 10 - 14 business days for an order to arrive, plus the processing and handling time it takes to prep your order in our warehouse.

Returns

Returns must be made within 60 days of the order’s shipping confirmation and be in non-worn condition.  Please note, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned outside of that timeframe or returned worn will not be processed for a refund.

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from All Kinds of Kind.

To facilitate a return, just contact and provide us with your name, shipping address and order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP.

Size exchanges must be made within 60 days of the order’s shipping confirmation and be in non-worn condition.  Bracelets may be exchanged for a different size or color - as long as the requested variant is in stock.

After we receive your order back, please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed.  Once processed, we will ship you out your new bracelet with free standard shipping and you will be notified via email with new shipment details.
