Our bracelets are made from a stretch chord, but we do offer them in 3 sizes to accommodate all wrist sizes. To measure your wrist, take something bendable - like a string, or phone chord and wrap it around your wrist. Then straighten the chord and measure the length up against a ruler. Medium: Fits women & men. 7" (17.8cm) circumference
